It's designed for the Polaris RZR Pro R, where the Infinite-Offroad mount sits perfectly in the lower cubby of the Pro/R.
Do I have to cut my dash to install it?
No. It's a stand-alone mount that requires no cutting of your dash; it simply sits in place and mounts with 4 self-tapping screws.
Will I still be able to use my 12V?
Yes, the mount is designed so you still have access to your 12V.
Is this a flush-mount design?
Yes, it's a flush mount that seats the Infinite-Offroad / GG Lighting 8-gang panel cleanly in the lower cubby.
