El varillaje exterior del DC-PRO y DC-6 de Lone Star Racing está hecho de tubos y placas 4130 cortados con láser y mecanizados, y el varillaje interior está hecho de aluminio macizo. Viene con los cojinetes y sellos ya instalados; todo lo que necesita hacer es reutilizar los tubos de pivote internos OEM, las tapas antipolvo y los pernos.
Una de las ventajas de la articulación DC-PRO y DC-6 sobre las demás es que es más ligera que la de serie. Se puede desmontar el amortiguador y el perno inferior sin tener que desmontar la articulación, y el tornillo de ajuste de rebote sigue siendo accesible a la altura de la suspensión. Cuenta con pivotes totalmente engrasables en todas las posiciones y está diseñado para reducir el bamboleo que suele producir la articulación de serie.
