At Wisco Powersports, we want you to buy with confidence. This Warranty & Guarantees Policy explains how product warranties work for items purchased from our store and what you can expect if something goes wrong.
1. Who Provides the Warranty
Most products sold by Wisco Powersports are manufactured by third‑party brands. In these cases, the warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by Wisco Powersports directly. We help facilitate warranty support, but the final coverage, terms, and decisions are determined by the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
For certain Wisco Powersports–branded or custom products (if applicable), we may provide our own warranty. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
2. Where to Find Warranty Information
Warranty details may vary by brand and product. You can typically find warranty information in one or more of the following places:
- The product page description or specifications
- Documentation included in the product packaging
- The manufacturer’s website or product manual
If warranty information is not clearly listed and you have questions, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm coverage with the manufacturer.
3. Standard Manufacturer Warranties
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, most products include the standard manufacturer warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. This usually does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or use
- Accidents, abuse, or neglect
- Modifications or non‑approved repairs
Coverage periods (for example, 90 days, 1 year, limited lifetime) and what is included (repair, replacement, or credit) are set by each manufacturer.
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have a warranty issue:
1) Stop using the product immediately.
2) Contact us at support@wiscopowersports.com with:
- Your order number
- Product name and brand
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
3) We will review your claim and, when applicable, coordinate with the manufacturer to determine next steps.
We may ask you to return the product for inspection. In some cases, the manufacturer may require that you ship the item directly to them.
5. What Is Typically Covered
Subject to the specific manufacturer’s terms, warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If a claim is approved, the remedy may include:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with the same or comparable product
- Store credit or refund, as determined by the manufacturer’s policy
6. What Is Not Covered
Warranties generally do NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage from improper installation, modification, or non‑approved repairs
- Damage from racing, competition, or use beyond the product’s intended design (unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer)
- Labor costs for installation, removal, or diagnostics
- Consequential or incidental damages (such as lost time, towing, or other related costs)
7. Fitment and Installation
It is your responsibility to verify proper fitment for your specific year, make, model, and trim before installation. If you are unsure, please contact us for guidance. We strongly recommend professional installation for suspension, drivetrain, steering, and other safety‑critical components.
Damage caused by incorrect installation or use outside the manufacturer’s recommendations is not covered by warranty.
8. Relationship to Our Refund Policy
This Warranty & Guarantees Policy is separate from our Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy covers returns and exchanges within the stated return window. Warranty coverage applies to eligible defects that arise after the product has been installed or used, within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
