Shipping policy

Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. CST for in-stock, non–made-to-order items will typically ship within 24–48 business hours. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Made-to-order and special-order items typically ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on the manufacturer’s current production schedule. When possible, products that are made-to-order or on backorder will be labeled on the product page, and we will provide our best estimate of the lead time.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and made-to-order items, we may ship items separately or hold the order to ship together, depending on what is most efficient. We will communicate any significant delays by email.

Shipping times shown at checkout reflect carrier transit estimates and do not include order processing or manufacturer lead times.
